Our Purpose
We noticed that there is nothing in the neurosurgical literature regarding interactions between neurosurgical implants and metal detectors and airports and other public facilities. In response, we published a research letter in the Journal of Clinical Neuroscience amalgamating information from individual studies as well as manufacturer advisories.
However, a paper is static — we created this website to be a dynamic, constantly updated source of this information.
